Tap Create Event on the home screen to start a new event. Choose an event type (Wedding, Corporate, Birthday, etc.) and you'll get a pre-built schedule, checklist, and run-of-show script. Add guests, assign team roles, and track tasks — all from one place.
Premium unlocks unlimited events, team collaboration, advanced export options, and premium event templates. Premium is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → tap EventForge → tap Cancel Subscription. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
On the Premium screen, tap Restore Purchases at the bottom. Your subscription will be restored automatically if it was purchased with the same Apple ID.
All refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID to request a refund for any App Store purchase.
Yes. In the default Solo mode, all your event data stays on your device only. No data is sent to any server. Team mode (optional) syncs data through Supabase only when you join or create a team room. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes. Solo mode works fully offline. You only need an internet connection for Team mode sync, and to complete your initial in-app purchase.
EventForge Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews monthly or annually (based on plan selected) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
EventForge is distributed on the Apple App Store globally. The app does not use any AI services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks. Event data is processed locally on your device (Solo mode) or through Supabase (Team mode, opt-in). EventForge is not distributed in mainland China.
